One of the most powerful methods for producing a the bending coin effect! It allows you to visually bend a spectator's coin - right at your fingertips!
Ask a spectator for the loan of a coin. The spectator can even sign or inital the coin before they hand it to you. At this point you take the coin, holding it in full view of the spectator and say, "I am going to try an experiment, and you may do the same. Do you have another coin?" The spectator reaches into his pocket and retrieves another coin. You hold the signed, borrowed coin at your fingertips and begin to rub the coin, saying, "Rub your coin like me, can you see mine starting to bend?" Finish by showing the bend and immediately handing the coin to the spectator as a souvenir.
Actual borrowed coin is the one you bend.
Coin can be signed but doesn't need to be.
No switching.
Your hands are shown completely empty at the effect's conclusion.
